Raw material: whole coriander is the dried fruit of coriander Sativium Linnaeus

Source: Ethiopia (African)

Appearance and Odour: It should be spherical & of a yellowish - brown to light brown colour Aromatic & not musty. Free from insects & moulds etc.

Moisture content: 12% w/w, max

Volatile oil content: 0.1 - 0.6 ml/100g on dry basis, min

Package: New p.p. or jute bags

Storage: Store in tight full containers in cool place protect from light, rain & excessive heat.

Korerima

SPECIFICATION

Raw material: Rhizomes of aframomum corrorima

Source: Ethiopian (African).

Appearance and Odour: Brown in color and shining with characteristic odour and flavour of corrorima

Package: P.P. or jute bag

Storage: in cool and dry places, protect from sunlight, rain and excessive heat
