Description: Thyme is the dried leaves and flowers of the herbaceous plant Thymus schimperi, with ash-green to green color. The color of the dried flowers varies from purplish-pink to brownish.

Odor & Flavour: Thyme has a characteristic odor and flavour, strong and aromatic.

Moisture content % (m/m), max: 12

Volatile Oil Content: 2.5 %

Package: New p.p. or jute bags

Storage: Store preferably in tight full containers in a cool place protected from light, rain & excessive heat.

WHOLE CHILIES

Raw material: Chilies are the juiceless dried pods (fruits) of plants of the genus capsicum

Source: Ethiopian (African)

Appearance & odour: The mature pods may vary in colour from dark blackish - red through orange - yellow, to yellow - green

Moisture content: 11% (w/w) max.

Package: New p.p. or jute bags

Storage: should be stored in covered premises, well protected from the sun, rain and excessive heat.
