SPECIFICATION Raw material: dried, mature seeds of Trigonella Foenum - graecum Linnaeus, constitute Fenugreek. Source: Ethiopian (African) Appearance & odour: Yellow too yellowish - brown in colour. The size & shape being of seeds are smooth, and long to rhomboidal in out line with a deep, oblique furrow on one side. Free from rancidity, moulds & insects Moisture content: 11.0% w/w, max Volatile oil content: 2-3% on dry basis Package: New p.p or jute bags Storage: store in tight full containers in a cool, dry place. Protect from light (sun), rain & excessive heat. |
